where can you get the reusable scoop free tray in canada?
ReplyDeleteSome areas in canada cannot order ScoopFree Original Self-Cleaning Litter Box and ScoopFree 'Free' Litter Tray, besause these products cannot be shipped to their adresses.
ReplyDeleteAsking costco about that, their telling me that when we pass an order on costco.ca, they transmit the order to the provider, and it's the provider who shipped the products.
So i was wondering when it would be possible for me to have the product mentionned!!!???!!!
I want the original trays - not the new ones that are handled by Costco in Canada. I have been told I can order the old type from sources in the US and have them shipped to Canada but the cost would be terrific. I find the new trays smell in under two weeks and this is with only one cat. I could go four weeks with the old trays and there would still not be the odor that I am getting from the new trays. Please Costco bring in the original trays too!!

That is true that Costco.ca sell only the ScoopFree 'Free' Litter Trays ('Free' = free of perfumes and dyes. Many sensitive cats and their human companions prefer this litter tray.
There are a few places you can get ScoopFree Premium Blue Litter Trays in Toronto area though including Pet Valu and Global Pet Foods. You can also look at the store locator at www.scoopfree.com. Another option is to visit www.petmens.ca. They carry many of our products and ship from Canada.
I just checked www.costco.ca. I don't see the scoopfree litter available anymore.

ReplyDeleteI checked this morning, and our litter tray product page is still not showing on Costco.ca.
As I explained to another commenter at the end of last week, Costco.ca is only temporarily out of ScoopFree trays since Thursday last week. This is due to a very brief delay in our latest shipment to them. They should be back in stock today (Tuesday) or tomorrow latest. When they receive the shipment at their warehouse, the product page will once again be visible on their site.
Sorry for any inconvenience you and our other Canadian customers may have experienced over the past week! Hope you can wait one more day.
